"Dr Wright knew something was seriously wrong and found me the right specialist at Wash U who saw me immediately over a holiday weekend at Dr Wright’s urging. Yep May Thurner Syndrome. Few doctors even know what this life-threatening situation is, far fewer know when to recognize. I now run the DVT & May Thurner Syndrome group here in FB with over 1,000 members with May Thurner Syndrome from all over the globe. I wish we were able to clone Dr Wright, I literally know over a thousand people who could benefit from him being on their team for our unique set of leg vein and leg vascular issues. I sent one of my closest friends to Dr Wright for her leg issues, she cries HAPPY TEARS when she talks about the difference her life has become with his help.
I’m super critical of doctors after so many have blown off my serious leg issues – and worse – Yet Dr Wright is one of the rare gems who honestly, truly, cares."

"I was so impressed with everything about this office, starting with the open feel in the waiting room (no sliding glass windows!) to the friendly check in desk, but mostly my nurse who did the testing. She was very efficient and explained things better than I’d ever them explained, and joked and chatted appropriately, but with genuineness, not forced falseness like some nurses do. I only saw the doctor for a few minutes but he was very friendly and informative as well. I look forward to having my treatments done!"

"My experience was simply spectacular. Dr. Wright and his staff are as friendly and professional as can be, and the consultation was thorough and accurate. I had the Laser Lipo Procedure performed on my flanks (love handles), and it was surprisingly easy with minimal discomfort during and after. In fact, the comfort level was so successful I was able to attend Game 6 of the 2011 World Series three hours following my procedure. Within a couple weeks I was back in my workout routine, which was told impossible by other doctors offering other types of non-laser lipo procedures. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Wright. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my experience including the results of the World Series!. . . . Unless of course Dr. Wright & his staff could have made Pujols stay in St Louis. Go Cards!"

"I was not a believer in the skin tightening. But after one treatment, I am a TRUE Believer I saw immediate results and it only got better. I am going back for sure. The tech. who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and personable. I was completely at easy threw the whole thing. There was no pain, no down time and it really works. If you are reading this and want to see that wobbly chin go away, like I did, you need to go! It is worth it!"

I feel so blessed to have discovered Dr. Wright! He and his team are amazing! They are very caring and compassionate! I'm so thankful to not be experiencing the pain and heaviness in my legs after surgery. It's truly been life changing!
I recently had my second procedure with Dr. Wright and his amazing staff. I am so pleased with the way I was treated; from my first phone call just inquiring about lipedema removal to every follow up call. Dr. Wright is so amazing and he made me feel welcome and at ease with my decision to have surgery. I am regaining my life back and doing things I haven't done in a while. I'm able to walk further up the stairs without breaks. I played volleyball with one of my girl scouts. My legs feel lighter than they have felt in a long time. Dr. Wright is a really kind person. I am looking forward to my next procedures with him. I am finally starting to feel like a normal person because I am regaining my mobility. Thank you Dr. Wright and your wonderful team, I appreciate each and every one of you! I have regained so much in such a short period of time, thanks to your expertise.
I cannot say enough good things about St. Louis Laser Liposuction Center and specifically Dr. Wright and his entire staff. I have had 5 procedures for Lipedema removal. I found Dr. Wright, his nurses and his staff to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. They make you feel as if you are their only patient, allowing you as much time as necessary to answer questions and address concerns both pre and post op. The procedures were well tolerated and because of their skill, the recovery was better than expected. Even though it will take months for me to see ultimate results, I am already seeing better mobility and less pain. I am excited for what lies ahead. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright if you are looking for a surgeon for your lipedema removal.
I just finished the fifth of five lipedema removal surgeries and couldn't recommend Dr. Thomas Wright and his staff more! They are very knowledgeable, caring, and kind. They listened to my concerns and knew that my mobility and reduced inflammation were my top priorities, not my physical appearance. My nurse, Sara, was so responsive to any and all questions that I had during my visits but also weeks and months later via email. Dr. Wright is personable and truly wants his patients to live their fullest lives. He has dedicated his career to researching lipedema and finding the best practices for dealing with this incurable disease. All of the nurses who helped with surgery were supportive and attentive. My experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend Dr Wright for anyone dealing with lipedema.
Dr. Wright and his team are excellent! He is very kind, empathetic, and very thorough. I couldn't have chosen a better clinic to have my lipedema procedure for my legs. To the person who wrote a negative review of Laser Lipo and Vein Center a few days ago (Tabitha Brown), I have to 100% disagree with you and I am sorry that was your experience because I have never known Dr. Wright and his staff to be anything but the best and they have always gone above and beyond with communication and care. I too have traveled out of state for procedures and they have been amazing at working with me and my insurance company, going well above and beyond what any other office has ever done for me on my journey with lipedema treatment and removal. I don’t want to make assumptions, however I am assuming if your procedure was cancelled within that short of a time frame it was likely due to you not communicating with them, not the other way around. They have to have certain required information 2 weeks prior to surgery to ensure the safety of us patients. This is well communicated and I know from experience they will attempt to call numerous times and will leave voicemails requesting you to call back, plus you are already told in advance to prepare for them to reach out 14 days prior to surgery. After surgery they also go above and beyond to ensure you are doing well and cared for communicating by phone and text even on the weekends with their out of state patients (I can attest to this, because I have had this happen 3x now). Dr. Wright had done wonders for patients with lipedema and vein issues, among other things. His nurses and staff are some of the best people I have ever met. Their care and genuineness is absolutely sincere, they truly are an amazing group. So to those considering Dr. Wright, absolutely reach out to him and his staff; don’t take one persons bad experience (which was likely brought on by their own doing or lack of doing), see for yourself what makes him and his staff the best, you won’t regret it! I just completed my 3rd procedure and i have my 4th already scheduled and I can’t wait to come back! They are truly the best and I am so grateful I found them!
I had 6 procedures completed here in 2024. There was always plenty of parking and the building is not super large so it's easy to get to the office. Everything was set up and ready for each of my appointments and procedures.
I completed 6 procedures with Dr. Wright and his staff in 2024 (to treat my stage 3 lipolymphedema. I am happy with my results. He and his team are wonderful. I was well taken care of and all my questions were answered any time I had any. If I had to do it all over again, I'd go right back to Dr. Wright!
