"Dr Wright knew something was seriously wrong and found me the right specialist at Wash U who saw me immediately over a holiday weekend at Dr Wright’s urging. Yep May Thurner Syndrome. Few doctors even know what this life-threatening situation is, far fewer know when to recognize. I now run the DVT & May Thurner Syndrome group here in FB with over 1,000 members with May Thurner Syndrome from all over the globe. I wish we were able to clone Dr Wright, I literally know over a thousand people who could benefit from him being on their team for our unique set of leg vein and leg vascular issues. I sent one of my closest friends to Dr Wright for her leg issues, she cries HAPPY TEARS when she talks about the difference her life has become with his help.
I’m super critical of doctors after so many have blown off my serious leg issues – and worse – Yet Dr Wright is one of the rare gems who honestly, truly, cares."

"I was so impressed with everything about this office, starting with the open feel in the waiting room (no sliding glass windows!) to the friendly check in desk, but mostly my nurse who did the testing. She was very efficient and explained things better than I’d ever them explained, and joked and chatted appropriately, but with genuineness, not forced falseness like some nurses do. I only saw the doctor for a few minutes but he was very friendly and informative as well. I look forward to having my treatments done!"

"My experience was simply spectacular. Dr. Wright and his staff are as friendly and professional as can be, and the consultation was thorough and accurate. I had the Laser Lipo Procedure performed on my flanks (love handles), and it was surprisingly easy with minimal discomfort during and after. In fact, the comfort level was so successful I was able to attend Game 6 of the 2011 World Series three hours following my procedure. Within a couple weeks I was back in my workout routine, which was told impossible by other doctors offering other types of non-laser lipo procedures. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Wright. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my experience including the results of the World Series!. . . . "I was not a believer in the skin tightening. But after one treatment, I am a TRUE Believer I saw immediate results and it only got better. I am going back for sure. The tech. who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and personable. I was completely at easy threw the whole thing. There was no pain, no down time and it really works. If you are reading this and want to see that wobbly chin go away, like I did, you need to go! It is worth it!"

Dr. Wright and the staff at Laser and Lipo Vein Center were all amazing. They were so patient with all of our questions and put us at ease. We are so glad we found a doctor and staff who know how to treat lipedema in a caring and safe way. All of the nurses provided excellent care- 3 surgeries, so got to know them well- Sarah, Savannah and Amanda all treated us like family. Dawn and Sara were always available for questions, paperwork and doctor's notes. Everyone worked together to make this the best experience possible. Thank you!!

After 3 surgeries for Lipedema. I feel Dr Wright has given me my life back. I advise anyone who has lipedema to go to Dr Wight he and his staff is so caring and knowledgeable. They explain things completely so you know exactly what to expect.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Wright for greatly improving my quality of life. Not only did he effectively treat my varicose veins, but he also performed two liposuction procedures that have made a tremendous difference. The first procedure targeted my interior and anterior thighs, and I was amazed at how it positively impacted my gait and relieved stress on my knees. The second procedure focused on my calves and ankles, giving my lipedema legs a much-needed shape. It's such a joy to be able to wear boots again and actually see the characters on my Christmas socks! Although these may seem like small things, they truly mean the world to me. I can honestly say that the procedures themselves were not too bad. Dr. Wright and his team were incredibly meticulous and ensured I was well-prepared for each procedure. I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedures, and my healing process went exactly as Dr. Wright had explained. I truly felt well-cared for throughout the entire journey, from the thorough assessments to the before and after photos. In 2022, I heard Dr Wight on STL NPR advocating for Lipedema patients. I saw him after a very affirming interview with his nursing staff. Working with DW has been transformational for me. He and his team are focused on education and treatment of Lipedema. I’ve learned better ways to nourish and support myself. The Lipedema Removal procedures I’ve had so far have been so successful. DW and his team have made every step easy, and have supported both me and my spouse through everything! I would (and do) recommend Dr Wright and his team to Lipedema folks. In face he’s seeing my sister soon!
