A Brazilian butt lift is a type of augmentation procedure designed to add fullness and volume to the buttocks. It uses the fat transfer procedure, which entails fat being removed from one part of the body, and then placed into the buttocks.
During the St. Louis Brazilian butt lift procedure, fat will be removed from a part of the body that has excess fat, such as the abdomen, thighs, or similar areas through a gentle liposuction process. This harvested fat is the purified and separated. The separated fat cells are then injected into the buttocks at different depths to produce a natural look and feel.
Recovery times after the St. Louis Brazilian butt lift procedure can vary with each individual; however, it is common that most people can return to their normal routines within 10 days to two weeks. Strenuous activities such as exercise should be avoided for about a month.
You will be instructed to wear compression garments after the St. Louis butt augmentation to decrease bruising and swelling, as well as to help ensure proper healing. Also, you should not sit directly on your butt for at least two weeks.
